Delivery
After we have successfully received payment you can login to your “Member Area” with the provided credentials. You will have instant access to all of your purchased clipart from your “My Services” menu.
UnZipping Your Files
After files have been purchased and downloaded, you must UnZip them. Refer to the instructions from the maker of your computer, tablet, phone or other device to learn how to do this. All of my artwork is in PNG format with transparent background. After files are unzipped, they may be used in your favorite graphics design software that can use PNG files. Examples of this are Photoshop, Corel Draw, Microsoft Paint, Gimp, and others.
Refund Policy
Once You have purchased and downloaded clipart from Flowerdance Studio, we Cannot offer a refund. You are held responsible for understanding this upon placing your order. The reason for this policy is because we offer intangible irrevocable digital Products and as such, there is no way for our Products to be returned.
